Calling for Art Auction Volunteers

The Lawley Art Auction is the most significant annual fundraiser for our school, and we need your help!

Many hands make light work, and volunteering in the lead up to this event or on the night itself is a fun way to meet people in the school community, make new friends and assist MLSHS Music and Arts programs.

Please consider if you are able to help in any of the following areas:

• Do you have contacts with a business or organisation who may be able to assist with financial sponsorship or donations in goods and services? The Lawley Art Auction is a catered event, so we are also in need of donations of food and beverages, as well as items for the silent auction and raffles.

• If you are able to assist with sponsorships, please contact Michelle & Tam at sponsors@lawleyevents.com before April 30.
• Can you help as Catering Coordinator?
  We are in need of a person (or a team of two people) who can coordinate the food and other volunteers serving on the night of the Auction on the 18th June.

• Bar Managers also want to call out for volunteers with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol Cert.)
