Chinese Star Writing Competition Winner
In November 2015, The Confucius Institute of the University of Adelaide supported by the Education Office of Embassy of China and the Confucius Institute Headquarters in Beijing, facilitated the Chinese Star Writing Competition.
Rosa, a Year 12 Mount Lawley Senior High School Student, recently participated in the event and with her persistent hard work and outstanding efforts she has placed 1 st out 58 entries from 3 competing states including SA and ACT as well as WA.
Rosa has been given, not only the 1 st place prize and a certificate, but also the opportunity to receive a recommendation letter from Confucius Institute at the University of Adelaide when applying for the 'Gap Year Scholarship to study in China'.
