A Word About OLNA
It is a requirement that all students who do not achieve Band 8 or higher in NAPLAN are required to pass the Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessments in order to be eligible for a WACE.
A letter went home with the last school report that indicated which areas of OLNA have been satisfied and which areas still need to be achieved.
Students who are yet to satisfy all requirements for OLNA will be required to sit the OLNA during Weeks 7 and 8 of this term.
The first day of OLNA testing will be 31st August.
Information about the tests will be forwarded to students in due course but all students, as well as parents, are asked to familiarise themselves with the OLNA testing timetable to ensure they know when the tests will be run.
