Year 12 Chill-Out Sessions

ldag.pngOn the afternoon of Wednesday 18 June - Period 4, Lunch 2, and Period 5 - our Year 12's will take part in a series of Chill-Out Sessions.

The Chill-Out sessions are to remind them of the importance of relaxation and mental health during the pressures of Year 12 and in the build up to final exams.

It is funded by our Local Drug Action Group, with the focus is on demonstrating and promoting healthy relaxation choices.

We hope that the students will be able to try something they may not have tried before, and that the afternoon will be a calming and enjoyable one.

Year 12's should see their form teacher to sign up in the activity they would like to participate in.

Details about all of the activities can be obtained from Tracey, our Community Nurse in the Health Centre.
