Scholarship opportunities for students attending Mount Lawley Senior High School in 2020

MLSHS is proud to offer the scholarship opportunities outlined below. Application forms are available on this page as well as from the Middle, Senior or Main School Offices. Please take care to check the due date for applications.


Academic and Financial Equity Resource List Scholarships | All Years

Peter Sparbier Perpetual Mathematics Scholarship | Year 11

Anne Griffiths Scholarship for Vocational Education & Training | Year 11

This Scholarship is tenable to a student entering Year 11 and undertaking a recognised program focused on training and work place learning (WPL). A student awarded the scholarship must be enrolled in an Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Certificate course and a WPL course or endorsed program. Science Scholarships | Years 7, 10 and 11

Michael Sutherland Scholarship for Humanities | Years 7 and 11

In accordance with the school's Values and focus on academic excellence, the Mr Michael Sutherland Scholarship is offered to students entering Years 7 and 11 in the area of humanities. Rotary Music Scholarship | Year 11

A music scholarship is offered by the Rotary Club of Mount Lawley to a student entering Year 11 who aspires to be an exceptional musician. The benefit of the scholarship is to cover costs associated with school-based music education and music performance in Years 11/12. Gold Intercultural Japanese Learning Scholarship | Years 11 and 12

In accordance with the school's Values and focus on academic excellence, two scholarships are offered, one to a student in Year 11 and one to a student in Year 12 in 2020. Korean Association of WA Scholarship | Middle School and Senior School

In accordance with the school's Values and focus on academic excellence, two scholarships are offered, one to a student in Middle School and one in Senior School in 2020. To be awarded the scholarship, a student must be enrolled in a Korean Language Course for Middle School and Certificate II of Applied Languages Studies (Korean) for Senior School.
